2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the allocation of time, resources, and expertise:

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Setup fees, strategy work, consultations, and completed milestones are non-refundable
• Monthly or recurring services are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period

Refunds will only be issued if explicitly agreed to in writing before service commencement.

3. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice via email.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time or services
• Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to cancellation completion

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can address concerns and attempt to resolve issues professionally. However, dissatisfaction alone does not entitle the client to a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate service suspension
• Permanent termination of services
• Collection actions for unpaid balances
